Explore vibrant artworks from rising talents from Africa's buzzing art scene

Africa's art scene is vibrant, diverse and full of rising talent. Atelier Bogoria proudly starts its journey with the work of two exceptional artists: Achieng Owira and Wasike Maori.

Achieng Owira is a visual artist and storyteller whose paintings reflect the women she has been and hopes to become. She invites you to open up to different perspectives on life - what she calls 'Angolo'.

Wasike Maori, who also designed our logo, works with a distinctive ballpoint technique - layering crisp lines into pieces that feel alive and full of character. His work is natural, intentional, and rooted in heritage.

Also available: Transforming Rust Into Hope by Juma Mkwela & Nyasha Mashumba from Cape Town. They transform recycled corrugated zinc - scarred by fire and age - into fine art that tells stories of resilience in South African townships. Beauty rising from ruin.
